TERI in collaboration with Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) and Tempo Owner’s Association in Surat conducted a closed workshop on 27th December, aimed at facilitating Electric Vehicle pilots in Textile Freight in Surat. The workshop was attended by Tempo Owners of Surat and several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) including Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Volvo Eicher, Mahindra and Piaggio.
